Brynna Gang
Partner
Brynna was exposed to the cataclysmic effects that serious health conditions often have on an individual’s life when she spent years representing clients pursuing Social Security Disability. She represented over 1,000 people in administrative hearings and during the appellate process in federal court. After transitioning into medical malpractice defense, Brynna worked directly with healthcare providers in complex injury matters. By doing so, she gained further insight into medical decision-making and worked directly with medicolegal experts.
Since the first time she learned about the VICP as a student participating in the vaccine injury clinic run by the Kraus’ at IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law, she realized that this area of practice perfectly suited her interest in the law and medicine. That interest dated back to her undergraduate studies, when she studied the history of medicine. When she was presented the opportunity to join Kraus Law Group, Brynna jumped at the chance.
As an attorney practicing solely in the area of vaccine injury litigation, Brynna takes pride in providing representation to injured individuals that may feel otherwise without recourse and marginalized. She utilizes her medicolegal background to provide forthright and staunch advocacy for her clients. You can read more about her advocacy for her clients through our client testimonials.
Brynna lives in the western suburbs of Chicago with her partner, Jesse, and dogs, Jordie and Benny. She is an avid equestrian.
